Weeks Field Estates and Raven Landing sit on a 13-acre Fairbanks site that previously held the 272-unit Fairview Manor. Momentum Management demolished the original buildings and constructed 130 low-income housing units alongside 100 market-rate senior housing dwellings, plus a community center on the balance of the site.
Susitna View is a 21-unit Housing First project in downtown Anchorage, built for the nonprofit RurAL CAP — a social-service agency providing 24-hour case-management services for the community’s chronically homeless population.
Trailside Heights is a 66-unit Anchorage project completed in 2013 for Volunteers of America — a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development serving families earning between 50% and 60% of area median income. General contractor: Neeser Construction. Architect: Lumen Design.
Northpoint Bluff is a 12-unit high-end condo project in the Government Hill neighborhood of Anchorage. The development set a new standard for design quality in this part of town.
The Petco building is a 10,000 sq ft concrete structure in a bustling section of Soldotna, Alaska — Momentum Management’s first commercial development, and one that has been very well received.
Originally constructed in 1884 in the historic town of Madison, Indiana along the Ohio River, the Eagle Cotton Mill sat vacant from the mid-1980s onward. Momentum Management’s development team rehabilitated the property into an 85-unit Fairfield Suites by Marriott. The capital stack paired Indiana DINO state tax credits, federal historic tax credits, and a grant from the City of Madison — each integral to making the project feasible.
